Learn chess in Lleida, whatever your age

It's never too late to start. At Club Escacs Pardinyes we have adult-only groups, separate from the children's classes, so you can learn at your own pace: from scratch, or to improve your game and start competing.

Beginner

Wednesday 18:30 – 19:30

For those who have never played or only know how the pieces move. Rules, first plans and basic tactics.

Intermediate

Wednesday 19:30 – 21:00

You know the game and want to understand it better: openings, tactical themes, basic endgames and analysis of your games.

Advanced

Thursday 19:30 – 21:00

For experienced players who compete or want to: opening preparation, strategy and advanced endgames.

Why learn chess as an adult?

  • Active mind: train your memory, focus and decision-making.
  • Switch off: an hour and a half a week away from work and screens.
  • Make friends: a group of people who share your hobby, in your neighbourhood.
  • Compete if you want: club tournaments, team league and rated tournaments all over Catalonia.
